Because We Care -- Going "Green"
JusticeTrax cares about the earth as much as we care for our customers.
Because we all share this planet, JusticeTrax has launched our “Because We Care” campaign to ensure that our company’s environmental impact remains at a minimum. Here are a few things that JusticeTrax is doing to “go green”:
• We xeriscape with indigenous desert plants and rocks
• We use low-flow fixtures and multi-zone air-conditioning
• Our offices are converting to energy efficient lighting as older fixtures need replacement
• Hardware is being replaced with energy-star compliant items
• JusticeTrax recycles more than 50% of all refuse
• We no longer produce paper documentation but instead provide all information electronically
• We’re migrating to “paperless” business processes
• For the remaining paper we do use, it is at least 30% post consumer recycled content
• We reuse packaging materials
• We promote telecommuting and ride-sharing
• JusticeTrax offsets the majority of carbon emissions generated by our air travel. We plant enough trees within US National
Forests to balance 100 tons of CO2 each year
